Palin/Fey: You Knew it was Inevitable
Thanks to Jay for reminding us all, but just for the record I called it first…
Best line of the whole sketch: boner shrinker.

Continuing in our venue saga, Life Unplugged (previous posts here, here, and here, plus I’m listening/watching IKE news on Fox News from Houston right now, so I may be a little absent minded). Anyway, I spent the evening with my good friend and tech guru, Chris Stout, and the Tech Director for Life Unplugged, Rachel Carpenter. We already pretty much set up the room - well actually, we just set everything in there. Tonight we continued plugging things in seeing how everything would work.

Remember when I said that you need to read this blog every day? I really wasn’t kidding. This week has ended up becoming the re-post of Letters from Kamp Krusty. Just watch this video, then go watch more and read this. That is all.

So I was looking at my fridge today and had a couple thoughts:
So I thought I’d share my fridge with you. And then I thought, wouldn’t it be cool if we all shared our fridges with each other! Imagine how much we’d learn about each other and how much closer we’d be! So, here’s the deal.

The 90’s wern’t kind to all of us. School of Fish is a prime example. I played this cassette until it wouldn’t play any longer, but I never actually saw these guys… until now. Wow.

I’m a photo nut! I love taking pictures wherever, whenever, and for whatever reason. On my phone, on my camera, on my wife’s phone, on my MBP. I thought I had a good way of organizing all my photos. I just used iPhoto, and created a library on an external HD. But I’ve got a couple issues now.

If you’re not reading “Letters from Kamp Krusty” then either (a) you’ve never heard of it, or (b) you’ve never heard of it. Brent writes in a way that really makes you think and makes you laugh out loud (LOL). Here’s a prime example of why I read EVERY post.

I don’t know a lot about Hillsong & United. I do know that they Rock. And they’ve been rocking for a couple decades now. I’ve had a vision of raising up a generation of young people who aren’t afraid to be expressive in their worship. I don’t mean just clapping and singing, I mean just being free to worship however they are designed to worship. I’ve been brought up in a subdued environment and because of that I find it very hard to just let go and worship with all that I am. So today I was looking for some worship material for our Kids Ministry and stumbled across this… And I thought, no wonder!
