Evangelist Worship: Tim Keller

Got this article from another pastor on our staff. It’s a pretty heavy read and leaves you really questioning motives and strategies for worship. I’d be interested to see what others think after reading this article.

    That article raises some great questions and has really good Biblical support. I have a lot of thoughts on these things but i don’t know if they will all fit here.
    I am kind of out there when it comes to my thoughts. Where I currently serve, the service is not the “main course” it is the exclamation point at the end of a great sentence which would be a week of discipleship and investing in the lives around you. I totally agree with him on people wanting something authentic and this means Christians explore their creativity and create something fresh.
    Anyway, even though this article is long, suffer through it…it is good food for thought.
