the life of a renaissance pastor
Last week we made our final trip down to Children’s Hospital in San Diego to get Macy’s cast off. And we got great news - completely healed! I chock this up to God’s amazing grace in our lives - things could have been so much different. Jen and I really want to thank all of you who’ve been following along and keeping our little girl in your thoughts and prayers. We had a rough couple months, but it taught us a lot and strengthened our faith. It even worked it’s way into my message a couple weeks ago. So THANK YOU!
If this is all new to you, you can catch up here:
Here’s a little video of Macy talking about her foot being better, walking, and taking a little spill in Catalina:
And here’s some pictures from her day at the Hospital.

My name is Alex McLean and I am currently the executive pastor at LifeChurch in the Temecula Valley of Southern California. I have been a youth pastor and worship leader, as well as a media / communications pastor so I am into all kinds of things creative.
At the core, I am just a guy who is trying to live in community, and live life - not let it happen. I try and stay real and teachable, humble if I can say that. That is really one of the reasons I blog, is to share my experiences in life and learn from others.
God has blessed me with more than I deserve and I am so thankful for that. A beautiful wife and two incredible children. More friends and family than you can shake a stick at and just an amazing life that I am allowed to enjoy and or struggle with every day.
