Pet Peeve

mad

I ALWAYS misspell the word “because”, every single time I type it!

I type: becuase. I don’t know what my problem is, but it seriously happens EVERY TIME. I’m leaning towards blaming it on the MAC, because (there we go again!) I never noticed it before and this has a larger keyboard.

What’s one of your pet peeves?

my pet peeve, when people use the word “irregardless” instead of “regardless”. irregardless is a double negative people! OK, i am over it for now.

james are you a Padre fan? if so, nice. i am all about the the Pads. i guess it isn’t surprising seeing that i was born and still live in San Diego. what great day it was yesterday to see Tony Gwynn in the hall, and the Padres scoring 18 runs.

One huge pet peeve that I have is when people use an acroynym, then they say like the last word of it. For example:

“Hey guys, I’ll meat you down at the RHIB boat.” Well, R.H.I.B. stands for Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat. So they are really saying Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat Boat.

Another pet peeve is mine is our gate. Those of you who don’t know, we live in a gated community. I absolutly get peeved when someone either drives in the out or out the in. On top of that when people feel like 15 MPH means 51 MPH. OOOOHHHHH! I’m getting steamed now!

or when someone says “ill meat you” instead of i’ll meet you”…ha ha!

Steve….i am a huge Padre fan. I grew up in Socal but now live in VA. It is one of my ways of staying connected to CA. Go Jake Peavy!

Not sure if this classifies but slow drivers in the left lane fast lane. There are even signs posted everyone down the interstate: SLOWER TRAFFIC KEEP RIGHT.
“Irregardless” however they decide to drive slowly in the left lane :)

My pet peeve is when people take on other people’s accent! Ex. If my darling husband is around someone from Russia, all the sudden he sounds like he is also!! He does it with EVERY accent! FUNNY!! I love Ron
