It’s funny how blessings come into your life in the most interesting ways. Last week I found out that I was the winner of a little contest over at Jenni Catron’s blog. I am now the owner of ‘Unleashing the Power of Rubber Bands‘ by Nancy Ortberg. I didn’t even realize it but the forward is written by Patrick Lencioni, author of ‘The Five Dysfunctions of a Team‘, one of my favorite leadership books! Splendid, as my friend Karl would say.
